Veranstaltungen

Neben den Veranstaltungen, die sich auf einige unserer Hauptprojekte und -initiativenbeziehen, gibt es viele andere Veranstaltungen, die wir während des Semesters organisieren. Diese Veranstaltungen dienen in der Regel dazu, Kontakte zu knüpfen, andere Kulturen kennenzulernen oder einfach nur Spaß zu haben.

Mitgliederversammlung (Members Assembly)– Time for all the ASV members to come together and make regular updates in our Satsung and elect the board of directors for the year 2025. Time and Place 19th December 2024 @ 18:00, Venue: P9.1.03, Paderborn University.

Dear Active Members of ASV and the students of UPB, ASV invites you all to our members’ meeting (Mitgliederversammlung) on 19.12.2024 at 18:00 in the ASV Office. We as the ASV team would be happy to see you there. The meeting will be supervised by Hafiz Mannan & Surabhi Lone. Meeting Plan: a. Determination of the orderliness of the invitation. b. Establishment of the quorum. 1. Welcome and regularities: c. Determination of the M.o.M author. 2. Activity report of the current board. 3. Discussion on proposed amendments of the Statute and polling 4. Expansion of the board: “Consultant for IT”, “Consultant for ICW” and bifurcation of “Consultant for Media” position into “Consultant for Social Media” and “Consultant for Marketing and Communications”; Election for the board member positions: (conditional to the Point 3.). 5. Miscellaneous. Guidelines/Policy for Active Members of ASV 1. Every member must possess their student ID and a Photo ID during the meeting. 2. Any active member can be nominated for the open or proposed to be open position in the ASV Board. To apply for the canditature: a. The member should write an email to vorstand@asv.upb.de before the deadline i.e. 23:59 CET on 18.12.24 b. Justify their nomination with a speech to the committee before the election commences. c. Any active member can propose the additions/amendments to the Statute by writing on vorstand@asv.upb.de. The deadline for the same is 23:59 CET on 18.12.24. 3. Let’s celebrate together our cultural diversity and the ethos of our tradition, history and lifestyle together and share the warmth with colleagues. When?
