Who are we?
We at ASV (International Students Union) are committed to advocating for and representing every international student at the Paderborn University. Regardless of being full-time students, exchange participants, language course attendees, or applicants, our focus remains steadfast on serving your needs.
Operating under the umbrella of AStA (Allgemeiner Studierendenausschuss), the elected Student Council, we dedicate ourselves to championing the diverse interests of the University’s student body.
Our mission extends to providing unwavering support to international students throughout their journey at UPB. From organizing Orientation Weeks, Cultural Nights, and Intercultural Week to hosting events like DSH-Frühstück, our goal is singular: aiding international students while celebrating the rich tapestry of cultures thriving at UPB.
