Office Hours
Do you have a question or an issue? Or maybe you just want to relax and chill with us? You are always welcome to visit us during our consultation hours.
Consultation hours and weekly meeting are cancelled due to the strike.
General consultation: Thursdays — 6:00 pm – 6:30 pm at our office (P9.1.03)
If you want to join our team to further our cause for the welfare for our students, join our weekly meeting.

WhatsApp Community
We have a ASV Broadcast WhatsApp Community where we post information about various events at the University. See Disclaimer
To join any group inside, you’ll need to verify your student status with an ASV team member. In person, please present your Enrollment Certificate (and a photo ID if requested). If verifying remotely, you may share a one-time view photo of these documents via WhatsApp to the community admin or email.
In the ASV Connect group part of this community, you can also ask questions, ask other international students about available accommodation and get help with other issues. Fellow senior international students as well as ASV team members are willing and ready to answer your questions and offer assistance. For questions, please visit us during our office hours or contact an active team member.
